Residents are not allowed to keep pets, except for birds and fish.

Residents cannot install antennas. This rule also applies to telephone cables and any other type of cable. In case of defective distribution of telephone or cable systems, residents must inform management.
Air conditioning units are allowed with prior written authorization from management. It is strictly forbidden to install window-mounted air conditioning units.
In order to maintain the fine-looking appearance of the building, residents cannot hang from the windows and/or balcony any object that may alter it. Carpets, whether glued or not, are strictly forbidden on balconies.
It is forbidden to use a barbecue on balconies. Hazardous materials or substances that may cause a fire cannot be stored in the garage or lockers.

Any lock or mechanism limiting access to an apartment can only be installed or changed by management. Replacement of lost keys and/or access cards (code keys) will be at the residents or their family’s expense.

Hallways must be free of any obstruction (rugs, overshoes, walkers, etc.) at all times.

Garbage and recyclable items must be disposed of in the designated areas and in the appropriate containers.
Residents cannot alter the smoke detectors in any way. They must inform management immediately if they believe a smoke detector is defective.
Residents cannot install a sign, post or notice visible from the outside of their apartment. However, this clause is subject to electoral laws.
Equipment and building installations are for residents’ usage. Anyone else using them must be accompanied by a resident.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the common areas of the building.

Residents cannot install wallpaper or paint walls in dark colours without prior consent from management. From now on, walls will be painted in pastel colours.

Residents must obtain management authorization to use the services of maintenance personnel for personal purposes.

Members of our staff are at the service of residents. Therefore, tips and donations are not permitted.

An appropriate dress code is required in the dining room as well as in all common areas of the building. Also, it is not permitted to bring food outside of the dining room.

Scooters and bicycles must be stored in the designated areas in the garage. Also, residents are not allowed to drive their scooters inside the building.

In the event of deterioration of a resident’s health condition and for reasons of security in case of an emergency, the resident commits to accept relocation in an equivalent apartment which is better adapted to his or her situation.

In the event of deterioration of a resident’s health condition to the point that, according to the evaluation of the residence’s nurse, his or her needs exceed the residence support capacity, the resident commits to diligently take the necessary steps for his or her transfer to an establishment that can provide the required care for his or her health condition.
